Job Duties:
- Work with the team. You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently.
- Everyone pitches in to serve the customer. Develop your expertise. You install HVAC systems. You help people live comfortably and safely.
- You stay current with HVAC industry systems to ensure that your installations are not only correct but will efficiently serve the customer. Over time, your expertise grows.
- You discover creative solutions to installation challenges. We like to ask, “What can we fix for you?” We’re confident that we can fix every problem. You respond to emergencies with safety as your top priority. Become a trusted professional. You keep your tools neat, clean, and well-maintained.
- They’re within reach and safe. You’ll learn to prepare written materials (e.g. scope of work, work orders, bids, equipment inventory, etc.) because you know information is valuable to the team and the customer.
Job Requirements:
- You love to learn. You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You have 2 years of experience in HVAC systems. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because increased knowledge serves the customer, the team, and yourself.
- You’re even willing cross-train in other trades. You’re a tech-savvy people-person. You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with every day.
- You’re also comfortable talking to homeowners, educating them on options. Equipment handling, technical information, and geometry—all things you can handle! You’re ready to work.
- You have a driver’s license, a can-do attitude, and can meet the physical demands of the job – such as lifting heavy equipment or balancing on a ladder.
- You’re capable of working in enclosed spaces or doing a significant amount of crawling and standing. (Hey, if this is a surprise to you then you probably shouldn’t be applying for this job!). You’re a professional.
- You’re clean, neat, and well-groomed. You respect safety practices. You won’t work in unsafe spaces. You won’t do anything unsafe either. Now Is Your Time!
